This fucking RULES! It’s a real shame they had to do this though. They are now fighting another war. I am sure the Democrats are already trying to find a way to de-fund this and investigate who organized it. Who knew our troops were this smart? We will never see this on ABC, CBS, NBC, or CNN.

anyone who does anydigging can see that it isnt a civil war but the democrats who own most of the media count on their constituency not to inform themselves. When your motto is “everything I need to know i learned in kindergarten” then you understand the overly simplistic mindsets of liberals.

What drives me crazy is that no one in the Republican party is stepping up to the plate to put this POS bill down. Everyone is banking on a Presidential veto. It’s crap. I’m sick of the “Let the Pres take the hit cuz everyone already hates him” attitude. When will our politicians stop worrying about re-election and start worrying about where this country is heading? The funny thing is, one of the loudest opposition voices to this bill (outside of President Bush) is a frickin Democrat. I’ve got to hand it to Senator Lieberman, he’s saying to hell with the party line and standing up for what’s right. Which in these times, is found few and far between.

Remember, JL is sitting as an Independent Democrat. He lost the nomination, then ran against both Rep. & Dem., and won in the runoff against the Dem. (IIRC).

If he runs as an independent for the presidency, he might pull off the same thing. Or — consider a Lieberman - Thompson ticket ….
