Our beloved country is at a fork in the road–down the first road, victory, the start of a democratic middle east, and quite possibly the death of Al Qaeda as we know it (what I like to call the straw that broke the camel fucker’s back.) Down the other road, darkness, despair, death, and weakness that will prove far bloodier than this war ever was.
The world will know that America no longer has the will to fight and die for anything, and we will pay a heavy price for that. And then the left will blame W for fucking it all up.
Pat’s mission in his work is to shine a bright light on the truth of what’s going on there–to look closely and honestly about what our men and women are doing, how they’re doing it, and how they feel about doing it. He is a star among thousands of burnt-out light bulbs of old media that no one feels like replacing.
So I ask all of you civilians who it is my pleasure to serve, to do your military justice by having patience with Iraq, and support conservative leaders for our government. (Fred Thompson is the new Reagan. Vote Fred!) I’ll repeat that my enormous swing back to the right in college was triggered by reading about the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. Verily, that genocide was enabled by our mismanagement, our politicization, and our cowardly treat from what was a noble endeavor–the noble endeavor which was to protect our interests in seeing no more countries fall to communism, because communism was, is, and always will be evil. Whether they’re fascists like Hitler, commies like Lenin/Stalin/Mao, or Islamic terrorists like bin Laden, Zawahiri, and Zarqawi, the thing they all have in common is that THEY ARE BUTCHERS, EVERY ONE.
Islamic fascism will never crumble in on itself like communism has in most parts of the world. Islam is a religion; communism is the destruction of faith in God. It is a testament to the vast stupidity of Russian, Cuban, and Chinese leaders that they’re still banging their little red skulls against the wall, doing the very opposite of what works, and killing people who point out the worthless results of their labor party. Our only means of defending ourselves and everything we love is by killing these motherfuckers before they kill us, until their bodies are stacked so high that no man finds it wise or glorious to be added to the pile.
I repeat: religious fever will not recede on its own–while communism is evil because of the destruction of faith in God, radical Islam is evil because it is upholds faith in death.
And we, my friends, we in the West–we have faith in life. And that is why I joined the Marines. Wish me well, support the Reverend Dollard’s ministry, and drag people over to your houses to watch Young Americans when it comes out.

I’ve had people read the part of this blog where Pat tells his story, and on Friday, my secretary read it. She came to me with tears in her eyes and told me how awesome his story is. I told her that when a person is doing what God created them to do, it is always a wondrous thing.
And like Pat, you Rummy, are doing what you were born to do. God Bless you. Thank you for your service.
