Why Iran has not received, at LEAST, some sort of ultimatum (meaning threat of military force) from the U.S. is beyond me.. :/

If it was up to me, I would’ve sent a couple of F-117s or B2s into Iran to take out its excuse for a president.

Warner’s suggestion is pernicious. It has already been seen that threats of withdrawal cause factions to grab for what they think they might hold after withdrawal. I.e., the opposite of the ‘intended’ effect. Warner and others are just going to have to get off Washington time. War-time has its own speed, not subject to legislation.
