The only way to victory is to defeat the dhimocratz in Congress and the LMSM first. Victory on the ground is already being won. It's late in the 3rd quarter in Iraq and our team is ahead. Let's keep it that way.

The dems are absolutely petrified about this testimony and the report that comes on Friday. The stakes are high, and they know it.

They still can't do a damned thing about it, except to make sure schticks like this and today's NYT piece (which I refuse to link to) get lots of air time.

Petraeus was confirmed with a vote of 81-0. The dems let his nomination slide because no one knew what was coming. He was confirmed in January. The emergency supplemental that fully funded the surge came in late May. The combat ops funded by the ES and the surge started in mid June.

A funny thing happened on the way to the defeat they had planned. Our guys started kicking ass and taking names, and now the dems have their heads pinned to the headboard and their asses laid bare.

They should just smile, moan a little, and ask for a reacharound.

Article written by AP, which stands for "Al Propaganda," like "Al Jazeera", instead of "Associated Press".
