Obviously this kid has never seen the Chris Rock video on how to handle a situation when you are stopped or arrested by a cop.

Nothing inappropriate on behalf of the officer, but we are going to see the usual parade of minority bafoons screaming abuse blah, blah, blah…

That little bitch deserved what she got. What kind of dumbass doesn’t lsten to a cop and then bite him? He was too gently in my opinion. Plus she say the camera, she looked right into it several times. she was trying to milk it and make it look worse.

    why the cob has to twist her arms behind her back ? seems odd, and not appropriate ; she doesn’t look like a criminal ;

Not sure what happened to my first reply. You twist her arms to get compliance and to handcuff the suspect.

As for looks.. Criminals look no different then you do.

That girl was resisting arrest. Then she bit him, these days that could be lethal, say, if she was HIV positive.

The cop did everything by the book.

Its the same thing as the “Don’t taze me, bro” incident. Regardless of what you are being cuffed for (deal with that later), when a cop says to submit, you submit. You DO NOT resist arrest or else you are asking for trouble.

You keep resisting, eventually, the spray, or the tazer, or the club, come out.

  9. franchi (se)

    “city’s curfew law.” ?

was she doing what we call the “oldest job in the world” : a whore ?

  10. JJ26

    Thats right Bash.

I’ve seen guys hit across the face with a mag light for resisting. Lesson: don’t resist.

  11. Dan (The Infidel)

    Frenchy:

I don’t how it is in France, but in this country you DO NOT resist arrest. You do not bite, kick, or otherwise threaten a cop. If this kid had cooperated, she would have been in a holding cell for a couple of hours at most until her relatives came to pick her up. But she didn’t do that. She decided to be stupid instead…and the cop did exactly what he’s trained to do…by the book. Good job on his part. Good arrest, and good job handling the situation.

  12. cplusmc

Exactly Bash… As soon as you resist arrest it no longer matters what you did… Resisting in itself is a crime worth getting your ass beat for…

  13. franchi (se)

OK, a bit strong though, anyway I know for having watched a few videos that your cobs are not joking

may-be if our cobs would have acted that way in our surburbs, we would not have had the “burning surburbs”

a previous law stipulated that youngs under 18 were not detained ; it’s changing, this would be under 16, and the parents will be recognized as responsible

  14. Clyde Conneer

The kindly, caring cops when I was 15 would have had me pissin’ blood for resisting arrest.
The same guy would die to save my adolescent ass.

    yesterday, 40 youngs (teens) made a big mess in a small city in east of France ;

no a muslim riot, just iddle youngs

it started because one of them slaped a cob, and he was taken to the police office

now they have to find out who are these youngs

  16. Steve in NC

    That was funny.

That Officer was amazingly patient and was definitely using kid gloves in dealing with her. Did anyone count how many times he asked her to put arms behind her back and that he did not want to use force or hurt her. He tried to reason with the unreasonable. Truthfully he could have broken her arm very easy and he did not want that to happen.

Why did they cuff her for just breaking curfew…officer safety. Anyone, even the most innocent looking can be a potential threat.

She deserved everything she got and there is no one else to blame, although I am sure the “activists” will point the blame at everyone but her.

I am just glad he had the presence to get her in front of the dash cam so there is a clear record of it.

  19. JewishOdysseus

    Oh, man.

The cop made 2 mistakes. First, he relied on inappropriate technology for the task: the girl was trying to BITE him, he’s directly behind her and much bigger and stronger…just FORCE HER FACE DOWN W/SOME VELOCITY INTO THE CARHOOD, takes care of the threat (teeth), also adds a useful shock/stun value to the equation.

Pepper spray is not supposed to be administered sideways, to a subject facing away from you. You can see from the spray that it was much likelier that a good shot of spray wd have hit a bystander or even a fellow officer walking up to assist.

He shd have said, “Fxck the gentle approach, bitch: teeth, meet hood.”

  20. John Goodrow

All these so called abused criminals could prevent this stuff by just doing what the fuck their told.

    No respect for authority.

Another big difference between France and America is we the people possess firearms. If a group of kids came into my little town looking to burn and loot they probably wouldn’t leave the place alive. I’d blow someone if they tried to burn my neighborhood down, but most of my neighbors would have already shot them.

We had a little craziness here in California about 15 years ago, it was the LA Riots. The Korean shops who had guns didn’t get looted or burned but the large chain retail stores did.

There may be a thin blue line, but if just 5% of society decided to go apeshit all at once it would overwhelm the cops. When the riots were going on I was in college in California and there were no highway patrol left in the city and a lot of the PD went down there as well.

An armed society is a polite society.

BTW the reason for the evening curfew is to cut down on crime.

  22. John Cunningham

frenchi(se), you’re driving me crazy here. It’s cop not cob. P not B. And now for some cop trivia. Back in the 1830s or 40s when NYC consolidated their police force they were issued copper badges. You can see that cop is short for copper. Thought you might be interested.

  23. franchi (se)

    John,

thanks, I always appreciate your science, kind of poetic commun sense

Co(b)(p), was a slang word I use in UK (long time ago : lol:) for policeman ; so far, I didn’t check the orthograph

    professor Bill,

    I agree with you as far your talking of a strong police, dunno yet if each store-owner or family should have their own riffle ; may-be, if nothing is improved, people will get their own self-défense arms ;

anyway in the countryside, people do have their hunting riffle ; I remember when I was young that we could leave the doors open and go away without fearing of being looted ; now, I don’t think so anymore, unless you have big dogs too.

since our borders are opened, we get all sorts of people around ; we had the rumanian, yougoslavian, bulgarian, turkish, russian Mafia, with kids who can slide inside small opened windows, drugs and whores deals…

as far as our police, it’s kinda disillusioned, cops arrest the guis ; in the very day or the next day, they are out. because the judges let them out ; except for the political and terrorist suspects for which we have the strongest laws and dispositiv in EU

I hope the judges will change their 1968 mentality and requier more severe peins, even for the youth gang

  24. Ted B

If the judges are light on crime they are opening up society to vigilantism. And if they are such pussies that way, vigilantism might pay off over there.

How’d ya like the breath spray chickie?
