“Clinton Campaign Hostage Situation”: Is Over…Perp Is Leeland Eisenberg

Authorities are saying the perpetrator is this man, Leeland Eisenberg.
Oh, and get this, the New York Times is Reporting that the guy was calling CNN throughout the day to complain about mental health care in the United States.

The bomber (pictured above), Leeland Eisenberg moments after he released the last hostage and surrendered peacefully.
KCRG is reporting that all of Clinton’s Iowa campaign offices have closed down.
Interesting update tidbit from Michelle Malkin:
WMUR reports Stanley was in the middle of a divorce, had been drinking for 72 hours, was “not in the right state of mind.”
Reports are saying his ex claims he is a paranoid schizophrenic that has stopped taking his meds.

We were going to show you video of the press conference held by the authorities, but he really didn’t say anything…so here’s a screenshot of the press conference. You’ll get the same information from that picture, as you did from the actual footage.
So they call a news conference and some guy comes up to the bank of microphones to hold a press conference, says the basics that you already know here, and then for the next 5 minutes takes questions.
99% of the answers he gave began with “Again…this is an ongoing investigation, I’m not going to comment at this time.”
One interesting tidbit: he said that this is a hostage situation. When asked if that meant there were still hostages inside he answered “Again…”
But the fact that he kept the “hostage situation” in the present tense would lead a reasonably intelligent human being to believe that there are either still hostages, or the bomber is now holding himself hostage and threatening suicide.
Unofficial word has it that the bomb strapped to his chest is made up of duct tape and road flares. But, Again…

Fox news screenshot of latest hostage released.Update: Woman appearing to be in mid-20’s or early 30’s is released from the building.

A WMUR screenshot of a hostage going free.
There are suggestions that the bomber is a local known to police as having mental problems who told his son to “watch the news today.”
A woman with a child ran into a nearby store and said that a man in his 40’s with salt and pepper hair had taken two Clinton campaign workers as hostages and he had a bomb strapped to his body.
Hillary is not there. She has cancelled her speaking schedule for the day.
There are sharpshooters on the rooftops nearby.

SWAT Team inches closer…Fox News Screenshot.

November 30th, 2007 at 11:11 amThe last CNN dem debate filled with Clinton “plants” …
The CNN Repub. debate filled with Clinton “plants” …
Fallout from both still fresh and ‘too’ in the news.
How to get it out of the news … What to do? … What to do? … YES! The “victim card” … again …
Damn! That Clinton Crime Machine is good!
November 30th, 2007 at 11:12 amFaux News and others are reporting a man walked into the campaign office and opened up his coat to reveal a bomb strapped to his chest. Wants to talk to the senator. News choppers asked to stop filming live.
November 30th, 2007 at 11:14 amA woman also ran into a store saying that a man rushed into the Clinton offices, opened his jacket and had a bomb. Fox news is reporting that at least.
November 30th, 2007 at 11:15 amThey are also evacuating Barack Obamas offices as a precaution
Wow…
November 30th, 2007 at 11:26 amDisgruntled Ron Paul fan…
And it’s George Bush’s fault, to be sure!

November 30th, 2007 at 12:11 pmThere are some crazy-ass people in this world. Nothing justifies this, I hope it will be resolved in the best manner possible.
November 30th, 2007 at 12:19 pmA.S.
You mean, Hillary accepts his demands?
November 30th, 2007 at 12:27 pm^ Ranger
Haw haw, oh man! But in all seriousness, I mean no innocents are maimed.

November 30th, 2007 at 12:36 pmHas anyone heard from Pat today? I know he is good American and all, but he wouldn’t…….right?
November 30th, 2007 at 12:45 pmI’m late to the party, as usual, so I see that most of you think that this is another “planted” story. The guy will come out saying he is a life-long Republican who just couldn’t stand the thought of a socialist in the White House again. Of course, then we’ll find out that he only contributed to democRats his whole life and drives a Prius and grows his own organic vegetables and had a wonderful Tofurkey Thanksgiving dinner. I also wonder if he went to the NH State liquor store off I-95 to get liquored up and pretend to be a racist, bigotted, homophobic conservative lush.
Now, where’d I leave my bourbon? Hmmmmm….oh, there it is. Near my .357. C Ya.
November 30th, 2007 at 12:47 pmHumm
Wonder how much Hillery paid the guy to do it.
LMFAO
Sorry
November 30th, 2007 at 12:58 pmDrillanwar…

November 30th, 2007 at 12:59 pmHa Ha, I’m no writer, but maybe another twist on ‘Wag the Dog’
Looks like the hostages are clear of the KZ.
Jarhead68
You missed one … And he voted for George Bush … twice.
November 30th, 2007 at 1:01 pmI think sending the SWAT team is a bit pre-mature. We have no reason to believe it is a real bomb. Perhaps weapons inspectors should be given more time before we rush to use force.
I am glad the hostages were released.
November 30th, 2007 at 1:26 pm“There are suggestions that the bomber is a local known to police as having mental problems who told his son to “watch the news today.””
Has it occurred to anyone as ironic that this story appears posted shortly after “Gallup: Only 38% Of Democrats Consider Themselves In Excellent Mental Health”?
November 30th, 2007 at 1:55 pm@Steven D:
I was thinking the same thing.
November 30th, 2007 at 2:01 pmlol, three minds thinking alike I guess…

November 30th, 2007 at 2:20 pmHaha good one, atheist.
November 30th, 2007 at 2:42 pmA relative of schitzo-girl, maybe?
November 30th, 2007 at 3:02 pmThe shrill won’t go anywhere near that office. Wonder if she looks like a deer in the headlights. Can we now make fun of her lack of courage for not rushing over and saving the day? I know her secret service guys would never allow her to go anywhere near the situation. Much like Bush on 9/11, his safety was their #1 concern. After years of the left bashing Bush for what, not rushing to the scene and saving the victims in the towers? We get a sneak preview of what the shrill will do in a tense situation, with lives at stake. All the nut wanted to do is talk to her, she couldn’t pick up a phone?
November 30th, 2007 at 3:24 pmWell, we’ll be seeing that he is a former Democrat campaigner, insider, etc. This is all a set up. Can say that now that nobody is hurt, ha ha ha….
November 30th, 2007 at 5:10 pmRoad Flare? Big deal, clearly a setup.
November 30th, 2007 at 5:36 pmI just took this tidbit from an AP news story about the conversations the “alleged” bomber had with CNN. I smell a huge setup on this one. I guarantee she used this poor schmuck who’s about to go to jail on domestic violence charges to help her get out of a political jam. Despicable.
“Eisenberg had a hostage call CNN three times and spoke to network staffers during the standoff, CNN reported after the ordeal was over and all the hostages were safe. Eisenberg said he wanted help getting psychiatric care, but had been turned away because he didn’t have the money.
November 30th, 2007 at 7:59 pm“I need to speak to Hillary Clinton,” CNN quoted him as saying. “Something’s got to change. Ordinary people need help” with their insurance.”
Had to be one of those mentally deficient 38% of Dhimis. What a freaking loser. Unless of course Bill put him up to it? You never know about the Clintonistas. Nothing about them happens by chance.
November 30th, 2007 at 9:48 pmHe is probably another of her campaign financiers.
