Video: Cunt Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing - A True Snake

Him
You have to understand where I’m coming from on this one. Take careful note of this woman’s vernacular. She slips in under the guise of turning people away from the “commercialization” of Christmas and says she wants to bring people back to the “Message” of Jesus, love your neighbor and all.

Sounds good. But…

She says she wants to promote a “Message for the Common Good”. She says she wants to put forth a “Positive message”. She wants to get back to the “True meaning of Christmas” which she says is the message of Jesus, taking care of the poor, etc etc.

But that is NOT the true meaning of Christmas. IMHO, the true meaning of Christmas is celebrating the birth of the Christ, the Messiah, and celebrating God’s Gift to mankind (the pathway to redemption) by giving each other gifts. I know Jesus wasn’t born on December 25th. I know the date was set to appease pagan converts in ancient Rome, blah blah blah, but the true meaning of Christmas is still the “True” meaning.

Not anything else. What she is doing is so subtle. But it is no different than the people who want to say “Holiday” tree instead of “Christmas” tree. She wants to take you away from the commercialization and get you to a “Message for the Common Good.” But her idea of the true meaning of Christmas is based on doing good things for people.

What she is doing is almost more sinister than those who would exchange the word “Christmas” for “Holiday” and take the focus off of the True reason for the season, because they take your focus off of the commercialization and make you focus on something else, the “message” the “Good works” and they are taking your focus away from the True reason for the season…in His name.

They are still keeping you from focusing on the Great Gift, and have you focus on “help the poor” and “love your neighbor”.

In Matthew Chapter 26, when the woman came in and put all of that expensive oil on Jesus they were getting on her case because the money they could have made selling that oil she put on Him could have been used for good works and Jesus got on their case, because she was about Him and not about all the other stuff.

Thats what Christmas is. About Him.

Pay attention to what she says.

Don’t misunderstand me, her message is a good one. It is always good to spread the message of what Jesus taught. But to say that is what Christmas is truly about is to take Jesus down from His true place. It is not about His Message.

It is about Him.

Anything other than that is NOT the true meaning of Christmas.

Her message is a Universalist message that says the teachings of Jesus are good and noble and that message to that point is correct. But she is deceptive because she is NOT pointing to the TRUE meaning of Christmas.

It is a dangerous message… Focus on anything BUT Jesus Himself. Focus on the works, focus on the unity, focus on goodwill…etc etc…these are noble aspirations, but they take the focus off of Him. Thats the problem, IMO, within Christianity in so many places, that they have left behind what it is really all about…Him. Jesus.

Perhaps I overanalyze. Perhaps it is way past my bedtime. Just don’t like it when someone lowers His place in the scheme of things. End sermon. heh

“Many will say to me on that day ‘Lord, Lord have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done may wonders in Your name? And I will declare to them ‘I never knew you, depart from me…” -Jesus (Matt 7:21,22)

    Howdy All,
I am a radical atheist, and a true liberal. As much as I hate to admit it though I agree with O’Reilly, please don’t tell anyone. Too me Jesus is just as much a part of the Christmas Holiday as Santa and Rudolph.
All of the myths and legends that pertain to this time of the year blend together; to create the “spirit” of the holidays. Without this “spirit” we would spend the whole time intervening between thanks giving and the new year dwelling on college football “bowl chases”, the dismal weather and the shortening days as is normal for the northern hemisphere this time of year.
So with twenty days to go I say to Pat, his team, and all the readers; Merry Christmas, Seasons Greetings, and my next year be kinder to you than the year passing

Shes living in a dream land. There IS and has been a push to take Jesus out of the season. Its been going on for YEARS. Way before O’Rilley started talking about it. When I was growing up it was ever so subtle even but was in fact there. Trust me when i say I grew up is a VERY Catholic home. I can still recite the entire Catholic mass in my sleep.
I can understand “Part” of her message. I feel she might be saying:
Lets not use the season to fight against one another but lets bring all together to celebrate the Birth Of Jesus. Well, in an all Catholic world or Christian one, that would work. Taking into account were not living in that world, well, shes SOL.
Shes forgetting one thing. We as Catholic are supposed to accept others beliefs. With that said, not everyone will respect us back. Sometimes your outnumbered. The choice you have:

Stand up for one of the most pinnacle beliefs of your faith?

Sit down and do nothing and pray among your inner circle its just a phase and it will pass?

I’ll choose to stand up for one of the most pinnacle beliefs of my faith. Jesus died for me. Its the least I can do for him.

    BTW:
    hopelitesamurai?

A VERY Merry Christmas to you and yours.

    I saw this earlier . . . and I was going huh????? . . . aaaah man - what a bunch of bullshit.

She mentions “care for our neighbors as ourselves” and “message of the common good” and “universal message” . . . bottom line, she wants open borders and politically correct ass-kissing of muslims . . .

I agree with Bill on this one - She can’t trick us into her Land of Oz.

Yeah, Goulardi (Bash) … That’s what I thought you meant.

    FYI, everyone:

“For The Common Good” is firmly and solidly planted in the Socialist/Communist lexicon.

I was skeptical at first of the title of this post. However…

The message of Christmas for all, not just Christians, is “Peace on earth, good will towards men”. Or as Dickens put it, “…I have always thought of Christmas time, when it has come round — apart from the veneration due to its sacred name and origin, if anything belonging to it can be apart from that — as a good time: a kind, forgiving, charitable, pleasant time: the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were fellow-passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on other journeys.”

So her basic idea is quite proper.

But she caught my attention with the magic word “divisive”, meaning “we disagree with you but we’re blaming you”.

At their website they show their true colors. Their “statement of support” that they ask you to sign hits all the usual leftard talking points: “During this Christmas season I will remember and pray for American soldiers and innocent civilians who are dying in Iraq; the 37 million of my fellow Americans trapped in poverty; children without health care; immigrants demonized by hateful speech and those tortured in the name of national security.”

They’re just trying to hide their real partisan and political (contrary to what their site claims) agenda behind Christmas. Why didn’t Bill visit the website himself? He could have torn her apart. I’m deeply disappointed he didn’t check their website.

I hate seeing people who call themselves Christian wanting to appease the very same people that would seek to oppress them. O’Reilly is right on this one.

  8. TJ (The kafir)

the woman is a typical leftist who wants to focus on the social aspects of Christianity, the things that the fortunate among should do for the least fortunate. All well and good if you are a liberation theologian, but the crux that is missing here is the fact though the early christian communities shared all things in kind, they did so voluntarily. No one coerced them.

What i expect from this group by singling out someone like bill oreilly is to rally liberals and liberalism to focus on socialism and or communism as the way to unite atheists and christians under one common front. But they are lost that the story of jesus is a story of invitation and the story of christmas is the story of the “word made flesh who dwelt among us” One can not make the choice of belief or living out the principals of Jesus without first recognizing the reason for Christs birth, which was to help us see ourselves as God sees us, as his children, to be schooled, disciplined and loved but ultimately set on our way.

I saw this tonight and it left me completely confused. What the hell was her point, and why was she criticizing O’Reilly (other than for the purposes of getting PR by mentioning him)? Being Catholic myself, it just makes me scratch my head and wonder how her group grew such a big following, and how they could nominate her their spokesperson.

I take comfort in the fact that there are other more conservative Catholic groups like the Catholic League that are actively combatting Christmas censorship, and the attacks on Christianity by atheists and secularists. I told my girlfriend after that segment that we should be thankful our Protestant Christian brothers & sisters are fighting the good fight too, otherwise, we’d be hanging a holiday tree and looking over our shoulders when caroling. More people need to get pissed and more people need to react.

Bashman, I’m not sure what your faith is, but my version of “the true meaning of Christmas” looks exactly like yours. Celebrating Christ is celebrating the message. Celebrating the message without celebrating Christ is ignoring the reason and purpose of it all. So one that note, Merry Christmas, everyone.

? Goulardi!!?? tell me you are not from Parma Ohio!

    BTY have you seen froggy?

    >> this makes sense to me, you?

  11. Irish Gal

“For the common good”, yep that is Hillary. She looks like her, talks like her. I could tell she was liberal instantly. I do not appreciate some leftist telling me the meaning of Christ.

Merry Christmas to all and have a good night…

  12. Infidel

“Peace on earth, goodwill towards men”… is a misquote and as such, it looses a MOST important point.

It actually says (revised standard version) “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom he is pleased!” Luke 2:14

Other versions state it, “peace be among men OF GOODWILL.” The point being, peace was not wished by God to all men, only men of goodwill.

    Sermon over, thanks for listening.

  13. Jarhead68

What a waste of a segment. That woman is brain-dead and would be better off baking cookies with Hillary in the basement of Abu Ghraib.

Not Parma … Points a bit south of there.

froggy? Yeah, he has a seat in Congress … Is running for the democrat nomination for president. Goes by the name Dennis.

I told Bash about a week ago he reminded me of Goulardi. Bash didn’t have a clue who the hell I was talking about. I think he thought it was a skin disease …

    Blows me away …

    Note to Tyler cops:

At 42-foot tall and 250-pounds he really shouldn’t be hard to spot.

Man, there are some educated people here, watched the interview, what a crazy society we are turning into, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL !

  17. Howie

I am a Catholic. I went to CCD through 8th grade when I was Confirmed. I don’t ever remember being taught that Jesus favored the poor over the rich. Jesus did not care how much money you had or did not have, his teachings were of a way to live your life.
I am sick and tired of the communist phrases “Common Good”, “For the Children”, “It takes a village” and all the rest of them. Jesus was neither Lennon nor Marx and I don’t think that he agrees with this womans message of Socialism.

  18. Goodbye Natalie

My response back to her would be “that’s a nice message. But your message doesn’t pertain to just Christmas. It’s a message Christ asked of all of us to incorporate into every day of life. So why do we single out one day?”

No, the real message of Christmas for any Christian, whether Catholic or Protestant, is a fulfillment of scripture promising the coming of the Messiah.

    Isaiah 9:6
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

and keep up the good work PAT…BASH…anb all the PD crew!

Howie - from Matthew chapter 19:

Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go [and] sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come [and] follow me.

But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.

And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

When his disciples heard [it], they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?

But Jesus beheld [them], and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
