Metal Storm Gets Secret Contract
Metal Storm Ltd. posted an announcement at CnnMoney today, here it is:
Metal Storm Limited is pleased to announce that Metal Storm Inc. has been awarded a contract by a major US Defence Company in relation to significant classified program.
The contract is valued at approximately USD $220,000 and the company believes it has further potential longer term.
Due to the nature of the contract the company is not able to provide further information at this time. When further information can be released the company will immediately provide this to the market by way of a further announcement.
Just $220k? Very intriguing. My guess is they are buying the guns to mount on MRAPS and other assorted places.
Speculation anyone?
