Bob Owens over at Confederate Yankee has a piece up regarding “Iraq: The War Cardâ€â€Orchestrated Deception on the Path to War,” published as a combined effort of the Center for Public Integrity and The Fund for Independence in Journalism, was widely carried yesterday as an independent analysis of false claims made by the Bush Administration in the run up to the Iraq War.
Unfortunately, the methodology, premises and definitions used by these organizations are themselves highly suspect, and may be duplicitous, as published today at Pajamas Media.

Both organizations (the Center for Public Integrity and The Fund for Independence in Journalism) are funded by George Soros’ Open Society Institute, which also funded the now debunked study claiming 600,000 Iraq civilians had died since the 2003 invasion of Iraq, as published in The Lancet.
