One of them is lying. To find the answer shouldn't both of them be investigated? I also agree with A.S. Wise that this is a waste of taxpayers money. Just a few short blocks away from the capital building there is a crack sale taking place. Wouldn't it be bettewr to pursue that than a little human growth hormone?
