What are your thoughts on Bushmaster or DPMS AR’s?

Well, from reliable sources, the word is that they are very hit or miss. Some people will under no circumstances buy either, but to be honest….. The first rifle I ever bought was a Bushmaster AR 15 and it has run great. Where the argument against comes from is whether or not it is going to be a ” hard use ” rifle or not. Is this going to be used for rifle courses with high round counts and near combat, shooting scenarios? or is it going to be taken out in the woods with ” the boys ” to blast at crap?

If it is going to be a ” working ” rifle then pass and find a Colt or LMT, Sabre Def. , LWRC ETC… COMPLETE rifle, don’t piece one together.

If not, then yeah I’m sure those will be fine, I mean they are GOING to function FINE, just like I said, if this is for work or for extremely hard combat-like use, then the others mentioned have a higher level of quality control incorporated into their manufacture.
