Lohan Razzed

The Razzies always come out the day before the Oscars and they pick the “Worst” blah blah blah…

I told my wife I had never seen a Lindsey Lohan film but I had heard she was talented, and she reminded me of a time she and I went to see “The Parent Trap”, in which Lohan played twin girls. I remembered that and we both agreed back then the girl was talented.

So she plays twins again, or something, in the film “I Know Who Killed Me”…I avoid Hollywood flicks like the plague. My wife calls me a Snobby Arthouse Cinema Type, which, I don’t know if that’s true.

Saw a film called “November” on DVD the other day starring Courtney Cox (hadn’t seen her in anything since “Dancing in the dark” when I thought she was a boy) and it is one of the best films I have seen all year. Budget $150,000.

Fuck Hollywood.

Voters for the 28th annual Golden Raspberry Awards certainly knew what killed them in theaters last year. Thanks to Lindsay Lohan’s twin nods for worst actress, “I Know Who Killed Me” proved to be the most fruitful stinker in Razzie history, with eight “wins.”
In addition to Lohan’s double trouble, pic’s dishonors included worst picture, director, screenplay, remake or rip-off, screen couple and excuse for a horror movie.

Eddie Murphy outweighed his competition in the remaining acting categories, with worst supporting actor, supporting actress and actor nods for “Norbit.”

Cuba Gooding Jr. dud “Daddy Day Camp” squeaked into the exclusive losers circle as worst prequel or sequel.

No winners showed up to claim their gold spray-painted trophy at this year’s ceremony, which was held in the Abracadabra Theater at Magicopolis in Santa Monica Saturday morning.
