Death penalty appearls in the event of a successful capital trial, would go on forever…unless these scumbags are declared to be POWs. By international law, a death sentence must be carried out quickly. Appeals cannot drag on for ten years.
The trial is a good opportunity to see just how many libshits really are in the JAG offices.
