March 14th, 2008 at 8:29 amNobody has mentioned the best piece of pork, the Boston Butt, its really part of the shoulder but the name comes from the way they used to pack em barrels. Take a Boston Butt and rub in a good dry rub and then smoke it for about 10 - 12 hours over hickory and apple wood and that is some of the best meat. Even a vegan muslim would like it.
