DETROIT (AP) - Ford Motor Co. is near an announcement that it has agreed to sell British automakers Jaguar and Land Rover to India’s Tata Motors Ltd.
A person briefed on the roughly $2 billion deal says it has been signed by both sides.
Ford says it will use money from the sale to boost quality and product development at its main brand.

American Airlines has cancelled 200 flights today due to maintenance issues. Some electronic problem with the M-80 or 880 or whatever the hell that type of plane is called.

Odd story of the day: Iranian teens and young men have adopted a new form of rebellion against the dying mulllah government by adopting outlandish haircuts in large numbers. It has produced a significant backlash with many of the kids being arrested, parents interrogated, etc.

The military is highly offended at Hillary Clinton for claiming that they knowingly being let her be shot at the tarmac. They saw there is no way she is “forgetting”, because no one ever forgets being shot at exiting a plane, and therefor can only be lying. Personally, I’ve never forgotten being shot - military’s right. Hillary, like Bill has done, is looking right into America’s eyes and lying.
So there’s no way to ever tell when she’s doing that or not. Not today, not yesterday, not tomorrow, not when it counts the most.

Israel: Hamas Mastermind Captured
JERUSALEM (AP) - The Israeli military says it has captured the mastermind of the deadliest suicide bombing of the Palestinian uprising.
Omar Jabar had been on the run since the March 2002 bombing at a hotel in the Israeli city of Netanya.
In the attack, the bomber blew himself up during a dinner celebrating the Jewish holiday of Passover.
Thirty people were killed and nearly 150 were wounded. The attack sparked a large Israeli military operation in the West Bank.
The army says Jabar planned the attack and dispatched the bomber to the hotel. It says Jabar was arrested early Wednesday in the West Bank.

Been out on a HEAVY errands day. Re-signed up for my Krav Maga classes now that my eye has healed. Need to be in tip-top shape for Afghanistan. My buddy from Blackwater who just got home on a 28 day leave is as depressed as a human can get, now that shit is breaking out all over Baghdad. There’s a good chance he’s going to head back early to get in on the action….time to end this Mookie/Mahdi/Shiite bullshiite once and for all.
