When it gets warm they come out playing that damn music, and everyone goes cukoo! They get all hype up on sugar and the music and just fire wildly. And the hotter it get the more ice cream they sell. And with all those inches global warming that piled up, in areas like Minnesota, it's sure to be the hottest summer yet. Poor Chicago, the only major city in the country whose crime rate is affected by weather. You can control drugs and gangs, but not mother nature. It’s those damn ice cream trucks!
