I would love nothing more than to see an anti-gang squads sweep through cities and clean house. They sure as hell aren't hard to spot, they got the tatoos to mark them already. Just find them and kill them. Prison is nothing but a playground for gangsters, they still get their drugs and call for hits on the outside as well as the inside. At least bring back chain gangs and get something out of their existence. All street gangs are terrorists and should be treated as such.
