Hope Rides Alone ~ Sgt. Eddy Jeffers ~ Iraq
In an open letter, an American Soldier in Iraq Blasts America’s Left for undermining the War effort. Later…..
At 7am on September 19, 2007 in Ramadi, Iraq, on a sweltering Iraqi summer day, a true American patriot and a hero died.
US Army Sergeant Edmund J. Jeffers died in the service of our country, fighting the enemy on Iraqi soil so that we don’t have to fight them on ours. He died protecting the innocent among the Iraqis so that they might benefit from the same principles and ideology that afford us the freedom to even consider debating the legitimacy of the conflict in which he fought.
Rest in peace & God bless you Sgt. Eddy Jeffers. Never Forgotten!

“somebody needs to give these letters a voice”
Eddie that voice is coming, and it’s called “Young
Americans”. It’s going to hit the Left very, very hard. And for that, thank you Pat Dollard.
God Bless you Eddie and Rest-in-Peace.
April 22nd, 2008 at 4:13 pmBless this Hero and his family. No more truer words have I heard.
April 22nd, 2008 at 7:55 pmMark Levin does this all the time. His radio program is a slap in the face to all libistan dingbats.
An excellent essay by a great young man. His life is a testimony to his great parents. What a legacy this young man left us all. His parents raised a genuine hero.
He will be an inspiration for many a young person for years to come.
Kudos to Mark Levin; for his ballsy tribute to a great American military hero.
April 22nd, 2008 at 8:06 pmThis 23 year old man was smarter than the majority of the politicians and talking heads and media idiots and professors flapping their jaws. It’s amazing how astute he was. God bless him. Maybe it’s true–only the good die young. Forever a hero, SGT Eddy Jeffers. I miss your wisdom.
April 22nd, 2008 at 8:34 pmThank you, Sgt. Jeffers. Thank you and my 4000+ fellow service members who’ve given their lives.
