It's a friggin' bizarre set-up there, and one that, by all modern standards, flies in the face of social norms and acceptability.

However, what the hell right does the "state" have in testing the DNA on these kids?  I mean, from what I understand, a [would be] father can't even have his [would be] child tested without the mother's permission in paternity situations ... These kids haven't committed crimes.  And I'm NOT hearing any clear evidence a crime WAS committed to result in the "state" making such a government mess out of this.

I'm not saying something didn't happen, but seems the government has made it even worse ... go figure.</description>
