April 2nd, 2008 at 10:27 amThe Officers reacted with extraordinary instinct once the shit was on… However the initial instincts of the first Officer on the scene was what allowed this situation to get out of hand (we all make mistakes), but you never make assumptions and never turn your back on a suspect (even a non-suspect for that matter)…
