May 6th, 2008 at 11:31 amI kill about 4 deer each “deer season” with my rifle in Virginia, legally. Unless there is a clue that this animal was killed illegally, then what is the issue? It could have been a road kill used in a tastless prank. Don’t assume that someone killed it to make this particular statement.
