    I have two friends that got food poisoning at a Sonic in the ’80s, one died, :shock: the other was hospitalized for over a month. Needless to say, I don’t eat there. :razz: :razz:

    On my old ship, the USS Virginia (CGN-38) back in the early ’80s, there was a legend going around about a cook who would hack and spit in the scrambled eggs of guys he didn’t like and then serve it to them. It wouldn’t surprise me if it were true. I heard several anecdotal stories corroborating it.

    You army/marine guys, have you ever heard/seen that happening in your chow halls?
