*Graphic* Assasination of Pro-Hezbollah/Syrian Politicians In Lebanon
I’m not an expert on Lebanese politics, it is a great hodgpodge/mix, but if I understand the explanation below, given by the original poster at LiveLeak, these guys are pro Syrian-bloc politicians who work alongside Hezbollah and Baathists etc…
Anyone feel free to chime in on the specifics, or perhaps a better understanding of this action…here’s the explanation:
Text From Source : Video recording of what happened in the massacre of Halba on 10/5/2008

An excellent article about what the U.S. role in Lebanon should be.

May 13th, 2008 at 12:33 pmThis is bullshit.
This is a storyline from Hizbollah. “We’re only taking over the country because we were attacked first!” This while they are cleansing whole sectors of Beirut and Lebanon of all pro-government forces (Sunni,Druze and Christian). They’ve assaulted the homes of Said(sp?) Hariri (Future Movement) and Jumblatt (Druze leader), they’ve burned and shut down media outlets that speak out against them. Papa Basher Assad has threatened Arab League diplomats not to disparrage the Hizzis or his and Iran’s involvement. And they have been indescriminately bombarding the Chouf mountains east of Beirut (Druze and Christian enclaves) with heavy artillery for the past 2 or 3 days.
