My Grandpa always taught me to at least try and find one good thing about a person, even your worst enemy…so I have to say, regarding Hillary:

There are many priciples that guide my life, you don’t want some of them, but one of them is written in this really fancy calligraphy on really fancy paper in a really fancy frame that hangs on my office wall that my wife gave me once several years ago…. it says:
“A Winner Never Quits and A Quitter Never Wins.”
The bitch won’t quit. As much as I don’t like her politics, as much as I think she has been deceitful and cunning, as much as I think she is a huge fake…I’ll give her that.

I’m no pundit or politician, in fact I disdain most pundits and politicians, but I do consider myself more informed than the average Joe.
I just don’t see this year setting up for Obambi win, no matter how lousy a candidate I feel McCain is - and no matter how Republicans (deservingly so) get stomped. What state can Obambi win that Kerry didn’t?
In addition, I see Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire possibly all in play and many now favoring McCain.
I know how many Dims are and how they’re going to hold their nose and pull the straight Dim ticket like they do every year, but I don’t see how Hussein wins even then.
What most don’t remember is Bush won overwhelmingly in almost all states that he took and many states that went Dim were very close. John Kerry didn’t win one county out of 77 in my state. The damn reservations wouldn’t even vote for that maggot. It won’t take many Reagan Dimocrats to say f*ck you and make this a possible butt kicking unless things really change.

May 21st, 2008 at 6:21 amProbably because I’m in the middle of reading World War Z, I have this image in my head of Zombie Hillary steadily lurching towards Obama as he futilely tries to figure out how to use a gun.
If you’ve seen those anti-tobbacco ads where people can’t even get dressed or drive a car without a cigarette, you have some idea of what that’d look like.
Strangely, I have no problem imagining Hillary calmly putting down the undead with headshot after headshot, with McCain next to her shouting, “Come get some, you rotting motherfuckers!” as Obama curls up in a ball and soils himself.
As to which politician I’d want beside me when the dead walk the earth, that’s easy. Cheney, of course.
