This crap has got to stop.
I feel for those people but there has got to be other ways. When your first offical act is to break the laws of the country you’re trying to immigrate to, you are definitely getting off to a bad start. Try asking permission to immigrate, FIRST. Makes a much better impression on your host and saves everyone a lot of time and money.
