From early Sunday morning until early Monday morning all I did was vomit one or twice every hour - sometimes more! This virus is a bitch - apart from not being able to keep down ginger ale, or gatorade for the electrolytes I badly needed, I couldn't even keep down water. The virus is highly contagious, and is air-bourne, water-bourne, food-bourne, and contact-borne living on surfaces for up to 48 hours. You need to bleach down anything you come in contact with physically, wash all clothes and bedsheets as soon as it passes, and pray only your enemies get infected with this! I was slightly dehydrated but refused to get hospitalized in order to be fed intraveneously...choosing instead to hold off until Monday morning to see if this would pass. Fortunately-the vomiting has stopped - I'm still dehydrated but drinking a bottle of water an hour...and sleeping as much as possible. I 've only started eating a bit of fruit, and light toast with honey and I m still queasy but the worst seems to have past. So I hope you all feel REALLY bad for ragging on me!! :evil: Nothing but this virus and death would keep DangerGirl from calling it to jihadikiller hour ...especially when I wanted to discuss something very important to me: illegal immigration. When I share my story I think you'll understand why this is an important issue to me on a personal level and my frustration at the way this situation is being NOT handled. I'll be in Atlanta next week and hope to be able to phone into the show on Sunday - I'll drop by the chat room to update you as to whether or not I can call in since I m at the mercy of a good friend who I m sure will allow me to use her phone. I was unable to call in because I had caught the awful “vomit virus” aka Norovirus.

From early Sunday morning until early Monday morning all I did was vomit one or twice every hour - sometimes more!

This virus is a bitch - apart from not being able to keep down ginger ale, or gatorade for the electrolytes I badly needed, I couldn’t even keep down water.

The virus is highly contagious, and is air-bourne, water-bourne, food-bourne, and contact-borne living on surfaces for up to 48 hours.

You need to bleach down anything you come in contact with physically, wash all clothes and bedsheets as soon as it passes, and pray only your enemies get infected with this!
