That is why we have freedom of religion in the USA. Muslims who teach this form of murder should be required to leave the country.

I have a question. Is it possible to allow a "religion" to flourish in the United States when this religion mandates or even encourages its adherents to do something which is illegal?

If it says in the Koran that any Muslim who defects from the herd must be killed, wouldn't that put the religion at variance with the sovereign state?

Nobody cares if they don't want to eat pork or drink booze. But if they can openly state in a mosque that apostates must be killed, how is that different from saying, for example, that you can have four wives or even beat your wife senseless if she disobeys her husband?

How "free" is religion in a country that claims there is freedom of religion?

How long do you think a "religion" would last if it claimed that you have to smoke pot all day long in order to get to heaven (no pun intended)?

I realize that certain Indian tribes are allowed to consume peyote while it's off-limits to the rest of us. I'm just frankly stunned at the amount of hatred that the muzzies get away with beneath the umbrella of "practicing their religion."

Islam hides behind the beard of "religion". It's no religion. It's a political and social philosophy.

The penalty for apostacy in Islam is death. Sahih Bukhari 4.260)
Narrated Ikrima:
Ali burnt some people [hypocrites] and this news reached Ibn 'Abbas, who said, "Had I been in his place I would not have burnt them, as the Prophet said, 'Don't punish (anybody) with Allah's Punishment.' No doubt, I would have killed them, for the Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' "

Interesting abrogation. The Mecca passages on religion are canceled out by the sayings and traditions of Muhammed.

Religion of peace? Not even close.
