I know it aint on the subject but if it's like the Care packages I saw distrubited in Vietnam at one time, it is probably under the control of the Army distribution...and that means the Army and their families get it first, and the civiys the lowest on the food chain. Even auctioned off the 6 bys to the refugees. Unless the aid people can be directly involved in distribution, all we're doing is supporting their Army. Burma aid?
