Since this is a made up story (just like man made global warming) eventually algore is forced to dress in a manbearpig costume in an attempt to persuade SP to support his movement. And, as always, our little elementary friends eventually expose algore, send him packing and save humanity. Essentially, manbearpig is a creature created by algore in a SP episode (as stated above).
