Watching live coverage on Fox News of the nasty storms and tornadoes hitting Oklahoma. The heavy black ‘wall clouds’ hanging over the area and funnels dropping out of the black sky is both scary and incredible! Will get you pictures and video when available.

Robbie Knievel jumps 24 trucks in Ohio
MASON, Ohio (AP) - Robbie “Kaptain” Knievel successfully jumped over 24 delivery trucks Saturday night at the site of one of his father’s most famous stunts. Knievel had said he would be going 95 miles per hour during the 220- foot jump, which began from a tall ramp and was completed amid wild cheers, booming explosions and shooting flames at Kings Island amusement park near Cincinnati.
After landing, the daredevil gave the crowd a thumbs-up, raced his bike back and forth and popped a wheelie.
Evel Knievel jumped 115 feet over 14 buses at Kings Island in 1975 in an event that was watched by more than half of the nation’s television viewers. He died last year at the age of 69 after suffering from failing health for many years.
Robbie Knievel dedicated his stunt to his father, U.S. war veterans and those serving in the military.
Just an observation … I notice the day started out with an “Aussie” lean to the stories on the site … Now seems as though it’s gone British …

2) Okay … PLEASE be patient with your comments not appearing … They end up in the SPAM collector (Hey, no bitching … 40% of mine end up there too … and I’m officially a ‘blogger’ here!) … But when I got up this morning there were over 330 on hold in SPAM … and only about a dozen were comments for topic threads … and I went to bed at 3 A.M.! So, be patient … LBA and I routinely check the box throughout the day …
3) Thanks to Kevin M for the “plurals” I inquired about … I still think it’s “peni” … Whatever … There sure are a lot of them ‘hanging’ out in the SPAMinator.

INDIANAPOLIS — Scott Dixon has won the Indianapolis 500, beating Vitor Meira to the checkered flag by 1.75 seconds.
Meira appeared ready to take the win, but Dixon beat him out of the pits on the last stop for fuel and stayed in front the final 29 laps.
It was the first win at Indy for Dixon, who started on the pole and led most of the race, despite an early challenge by teammate Dan Wheldon and a late pass by Meira. Marco Andretti was third, and two-time winner Helio Castroneves finished fourth.
