Intercepted radio commo from AQI insurgent leader in Al-Haqlaniya (AH) to another cell leader(AR): AH: "They have us by the balls" AR: "These guys (Blue Devils) are special. They aren't (unintelligable)... They are crack soldiers. You can't even get close to them. They are everywhere." AH:" Yes, they really have us by the balls here. Is it like that everywhere else?" AR: "No. That is what we can't figure out. My guys in Barwana and Haditha are moving freely. We can't figure out why Haqlaniyah is so different." AH: "I don't know either.
