This Really Pisses Me Off - Your Opinion Sought
I live in Oregon, we vote by mail a lot, I like that. I got my ballot today. Big Fucking deal. I feel like I had NO say in picking the Republican nominee. I’ll vote on the local stuff and all of that. One thing cool about vote by mail is I can sit here with the ballot and the Voter’s Pamphlet, take my sweet time, and check out all the propositions and such.
Then I’ll put my ballot in the mail and on May 20th they’ll announce winners and losers.
But I didn’t get to vote for who I wanted to be the Republican nominee. Trust me, my first choice was not McCain.
Hell, he wasn’t even my third choice.
There are two names I have to pick from here on my Republican Primary ballot…
John McCain and Ron Paul.
I’m just a little pissed right now. I follow politics, I have to if I want to be any good at what I do here at PD.com, oh, and by the way, did you know that our website is the #1 Military blog in the world, and in the top 40 amongst worldwide “Political” blogs?
This according to Blogads.
Like I was saying, I have to follow politics closely so I don’t sound like a complete idiot when I post commentary here. And I haven’t been pissed off like this at all during this whole primary season. This anger that I am experiencing right now has caught me by complete surprise.
But man, am I freaking pissed off.
John McCain or Ron Paul…those are my choices.
I honestly believe that we should hold the Primary Elections just like we do the General, all on the same day.
Yeah, I like that idea.
