That was not a bomb dropped on an insurgent. That is actually an old observation post that was in Fallujah on rout Fran in the center of the city. When 1st battalion 24th Marine relieved 1st battalion 25th Marines they decided that the structure was not needed any more and was unsafe. Thus they demolished it. Fallujah is much better today by the way. 1/25 and 1/24 were there when the city started hitting the fan at the end of 06 and 07 saw a turn around for the better for those residence of Fallujah.
