Let Our Veterans Rest in Peace Act of 2008 - Directs the U.S. Sentencing Commission to review and, if appropriate, amend its sentencing guidelines and policy statements to provide adequate sentencing enhancements for any offense involving the desecration, theft, or trafficking in a grave marker, headstone, monument, or other object intended to permanently mark a veteran’s grave. Requires the Commission to ensure that the sentences, guidelines, and policy statements for these crimes are appropriately severe and reasonably consistent with other relevant directives, sentencing guidelines, and policies.

After going to this guys web site he is more pathetic than anything else. He’s an Army reject, he quit the Boy Scouts because it was too hard. Has a few minor accomplishments in his life that he tries to make sound major. Claims to have a Mass Communication Degree,but doesn’t say from where. Based on the quality of his product I would conclude he is lying. Has written 3 books none published, but one is sold by a print on demand company. If you pay them they will do the same for you.

His big beef is that the military is over paid as they get allowances on top of their base pay. This is also true of many in the private sector, including myself, but he is too stupid to understand it. He thinks members of the military should be charged for benefits instead.

I realy think this guy has serious mental problems. Look at his web site and it is hard to conclude anything else. With that being said for what he did at the cemetary he deserves a serious ass kicking
