This has to be the dumbest shit I’ve ever seen. A paintball gun costs under $150. Even with a co2 tank, you’re looking at under 20k for 88 guns. They’re no different than any other paintball gun. Pepperballs should be cheap since it doesn’t take a genius to come up with an irritant powder, and all the encapsulation machines for paintballs already exist. Even at a small run, it shouldn’t be more than $100 per case (2000 rounds).

Taxpayers lose again.
