How will they counteract the sloshing of fish tanks, hot tubs, swimming pools, coffee cups, martinis, bath tubs, water beds or drunks on the balcony? Imagine trying to land a rescue chopper on the roof of something like that. I don’t expect to see anything like that in my lifetime. Too many variables.
