- Gen. Schwartz - former director of operations and commander (Pacific Ops I think)

- Donley - former Operator

Interesting choices, especially Donley. It was always Rumsfeld’s idea to put AF and Navy guys in charge of the Army and ground ops (made ZERO technical or operational sense plus pissed off all us krunchies considering it has always been their job to support US not the other way around) so even though you may not hear a whole lot of talk about it, this is evidence of a major shift in Doctrine more in line to what it was pre-Cold War. Too bad this is happening now instead of 8 yrs. ago.

I was thinking spock too … photoshop that picture so his fingers are correct and you are there.

Also, I thought maybe he was wearing a rug on his head … it looks like the whole top 1/3rd of his head can come off as one piece, like some cartoon.

Jesus….a C-130 knob? Might as well be putting a Nav in charge… C-130 dudes are close to the weirdest dudes in the Air Force (in my experience anyways). Bunch of nerds.

This is a play to get rid of the influence of fighter pilots in the AF.
