HOW does an 8 yr. old swallow over 30 such HARD objects ... when you cannot get an 8 yr. old to swallow a Tylenol or an antibiotic pill?? Also, IF she thought they were candy ... kids usually CHEW candy, not swallow whole. Being the parent of an 8 yr. old "special needs" child I am getting a bit of a 'familiar' vibe here that this young girl is a bit 'delayed' in her mental capacity. And I do not mean that in a <em>mean-spirited</em> way ... as I stated my experience in the matter. The toy in question has an age appropriate limit on the box (I know this because my college daughter Kate was crazy about this building set when she was in middle school and we still have the huge collection, but have NOT handed it down to our 8 yr. old Lizzie as of yet ... for obvious reasons). It IS a great toy! So, if the toy was the property of an older sibling, it is the responsibility of the older sibling and the parents to make sure any children in the home who should not have access to said toy ... doesn't. It's NOT the toy company's fault. Okay … HOW does an 8 yr. old swallow over 30 such HARD objects … when you cannot get an 8 yr. old to swallow a Tylenol or an antibiotic pill??

Also, IF she thought they were candy … kids usually CHEW candy, not swallow whole.
