The fact you had to address your own patriotism is quite a signal that the public should question it further. You, sir, are trying to quell the public from knowledge that they need to make a decision. I am not surprised coming from this ‘new’ Democrat party. In my opinion, if FDR, Truman or JFK was alive today they would have to go the way of Joe Lieberman just so to be able to look at themselves in the mirror.

“Fridge Logic” is a much maligned and misunderstood term outside the TV viewing community. Technically, it’s s trope describing those small details that won’t bother the viewer until later, when he inadvertently thinks about points of the story that as he thinks about them, if at all — it’s a half hour later when the viewer is standing at the fridge making a sandwich and says D’oh! Slapping his forehead with the freshly mayonnaise piece of bread. “Hey, wait a minute. What did he mean or where did that come from or How’d they do that or did I hear that right.”

All of Obama’s appearances are like that. His speeches apparently sound wonderful while you’re watching them, but then you sit around thinking about what he said and say to yourself, “Did he really just call his grandmother a racist?” or “did he just say that Clarence Thomas was too inexperienced to sit on the bench of the Supreme Court?”

Come to think… Another term that seems apropos when describing a loyal Democrat party member aka Dem”O”Lemming is “Fridge Brilliance” which allows you to just go along for the ride, unthinking and to not worry about the picayune details. Sort of an Alfred E. Newman type.

From what I can tell from the states polls of the polls it is currently about even with the fudge going to Obama at 264 prospective electoral votes to McCain’s 261 with thirteen dead even votes. Too early to tell… yet!

However, should they lose, they will again ,resort to the prêt-a-porter mephitic claim of fraud, hanging chads, hemorrhoids, rigged polling places, Negros inability to pay the poll taxes, harassment by the the KKK, Herr Grofaz Brown Shirted Thugs handing out tainted cigarettes and of course blaming George W and George H,W, Bush, not Forgetting Carl Rove’s deceitful hand and the ever present, vast right wing conspiratorial political manipulation of the system by members of the New World Order, Fox news, the Council of Foreign Relations and the Bilderburgers not to mention the frat boys of Skull and Bones. Let us not forget those ignorant, gun toting, gospel singing, snake handling, hallelujah singing Christians. Specifically those Lutheran’s and mackerel snapping, Pope worshiping Catholics like Bill O’Reilly and the even more conservative right wing loonies of the Evangelical, Pentecostal and Fundamentalism.

It will be interesting, or not! Well there will be a host of lawyers happy as hell as they run up billing hours to charge the DNC.
