Looks like a jam to me. He certainly seems very concerned the police know they shot him after he tried to shoot the police officer driving the car! He didn’t seem near as concerned for the policeman’s well being!!

It’s never a good thing to drive right on top of the suspect. At that distance he can be completely lame and still hit you.

June 20th, 2008 at 11:29 amDefinitely not empty as the bolt was not locked back. He racked it once and the bolt went forward, but still wouldn’t fire. Failure to feed, bad ammo or broken firing pin? Magazine may heve dropped down? It’s about all that comes to mind.

Kinda looked like a double action pistol, with a full Magazine it should have fired.
Anyways, that’s my guess.
