The horse of course! Mares or fillys (especially hot blooded Thoroughbreds) can be very tempermental to work with-actually they can sometimes act just this side of crazy.

When you think about it, horses have huge ears, huge eyes, and huge nose. All this amazing amount of sensory stimuli is being processed by a brain the size of a walnut. Makes for some interesting situations
