Okay, so the SCROTUM…er…Unelected Constitutional Rewriters…er…Supreme Court, handed down its decision today regarding the death penalty in child rape cases, and as you probably know, it ruled that in such cases the death penalty can not be used.

Justice Anthony “Watch-me-pull-a-rabbit-outta-my-ass” Kennedy, wrote in his, oh, what the hell do you call that, you know, where they justify exercising their extremely prejudiced biases while rewriting our Constitution…

Oh yeah, Ceasar’s Decree.

Anyway you can watch Laura Ingraham, former SCOTUS clerk (I like her new show, btw, beats the hell out of John “Dry Toast” Gibson), read what Kennedy said in the Majority Opinion…

“The death penalty is not a proportional punishment for the rape of a child, there is a national consensus against capital punishment for the crime of child rape.” -Anthony Kennedy

I agree there should be no death penalty – the animal should get general population incarceration with a sign around his neck saying “I love raping children” or “I got 15 years in the federal slammer for being a sadistic pedophile”. Prison justice is much better in this case – let the cons decide his fate. The only decision then would be box or cremation?
