One Justice said that ‘the death penalty is not a proportional punishment for the rape of a child.’ That is incredibly absurd. Personally I am in favor of throwing child rapists … actually all rapists into a fucking incinerator. Fuck ‘em let them burn, they need the practice for their next place of residence. I have a feeling that vigilantism is going to make a big come back if shit like this keeps rolling out of the SCROTUM … I mean SCOTUS.

I was i nthe military for 25 years and we still had death as a possible sentence for rape when I joined.

But, now that I teach substantive and constitutional law I agree with SCOTUS.

However, I agree because I know that life in prison will be absolute hell for a child predator. The death penalty is easy and it costs us an assload of money in appeals.

Every day the Chesters should wonder when the shiv will dig into their flesh like they dug into the flesh of a child. That’s a real punishment. Chesters get “special” treatment in prison.
