BBC Bonekickers drama blasted for showing images of a Muslim being beheaded
A BBC drama has triggered a barrage of complaints after it showed gruesome images of a Muslim being beheaded.
Bonekickers, about a group of archeological sleuths, depicted an extremist Christian decapitating a man with a sword.
The bloody scene has prompted 100 complaints since it was broadcast on BBC1 on Tuesday evening.
Yesterday the corporation admitted ‘regret’ that viewers had found the scene ‘inappropriate’, but defended its decision to show it.
Some viewers were taken aback when former EastEnders actor Paul Nicholls was seen in the drama hacking off a moderate Muslim’s head in an unprovoked attack.
He plays a member of the fictional White Wings Alliance, a group of far-Right evangelical Christians inspired by the Crusades.
The show, watched 6.8million, also sparked new claims of anti-Christian bias in BBC programmes.
One viewer wrote on the corporation’s website: ‘If it had been another religion portrayed in that manner, the PC police would have been up in arms about the nastiness and their rights not to have their religion ridiculed - as it was Christians, it was apparently OK.’

The tolerance of Christians is both a blessing and a curse. We have to remember that to let things like this bleed us of our tolerance would be to join the scum of the lower denizens. Moral superiority is only one of many weapons against the virus of islam, but it is a powerful one. Sadly, maintaining our temperance means putting up with naive leftists who believe in moral relativity.
We cannot change the minds of people at institutions such as the BBC, all we can do is pity them for their stupidity.

The most common villian is the NSA, the CIA, a regengade Senator, President or military officer. In the series Jericho for instance where a surprise nuclear attack cripples the US, the villian ends up being the Homeland Security Chief.
Movies like The Kingdom that shows radical Islam as the enemy are bashed by critics. Even in that movie at the end they throw in some dialogue about both sides are equally bad.

I haven’t heard of this but yet I’m here. Didn’t see the program. I will say it sounds typical. In my MANY conversations with the Brits on my trip here, MOST seem to say they are fed up with the on going bullshit not only from the Faux Muslim Outrage, but from their own government and media’s catering to them. They know the Muslims are not here to assimilate but only here to take advantage of the government at the tax payers cost and want everyone here to assimilate to THEM. Several Muslims have just been convicted of fraud here for stating they were abused and tortured in Iraq by British and American Forces JUST to receive more money from the state. When I return, I have a photo of a painting that was done up on a wall called “Peace”. It decipts a man in a gas mask in the centre with squares of muslims with covered faces holding ak-47s around the outside.
In speaking with a man who survived the bombing of London by the Germans, He conveyed his fears to me and said: I fear in my lifetime that we will see a revolution in the streets here in London because its getting that bad here. Its a pitty really. Here you have a 78 year old man telling me about his fears for his own country all because of another outside force that wants nothing remotely close to peace.
Its a shame because of ALL the places I have seen, London is by far the LEAST raciest city. I actually feel the rest of the world can take a cue from the Brits in that regard.
