    He’s not cuffed, he’s clearly trying to keep from being rolled on his stomach or have his hands put behind him. That’s resisting arrest, and the cop with the baton was justified to use it. He also used it correctly, only striking the extremities or torso. Could have tased him too.

    I’ve held one of those batons, and I can’t imagine how bad it must hurt getting whacked on the shins. I’d have given up REAL quick after that.

    As I was taught as a kid, DO NOT RESIST ARREST! Obey the officer’s instructions, and he won’t have to beat the shit out of you.
