When I first read the article and posted it on another thread, I was so livid. Seriously, a couple people at work asked what had me so P’Od. Couldn’t talk about it at work, but the jumble of thoughts were all over the place, thinking about my old unit that spent 14 months in Iraq, all my buddies still in uniform from my active days, I know that some of the people we have lost I knew.

For decades, presidential candidates visit nursing homes, hospitals, VA homes, VFW’s, Knights of Columbus halls, union meetings, gatherings of Americans and veterans of all backgrounds and experiences.

All paid for in part or in whole by taxpayer money.

The Hussein campaign making the statements they did regarding not visiting wounded vets shows how little they regard the intelligence of the American people. Candidates visit where they hope to be able to convert votes, either from supporters of their opponents, or from fence sitters.

Obama did not visit wounded vets for numerous resaons, I am sure all of us can think of different ones. Those range from he knows he won’t get any votes from wounded vets tired of Odumba pissing on their efforts and successes, to his not having the spine, cohones, fortitude, or plain humility to look any of those Vets in the eye. He can lie on stage on camera so easily because he never looks anyone in the eye.

He does not have what it takes to lie face to face. He knows he is not a real man. The POTUS HAS to be able to occasionally look his opponent, whomever that may be, in the eye, and lie, or at least not tell the whole truth.

The POTUS is not elected to make America the world’s friend, he (and eventually she) is elected to lead America, to keep us safe, protect our way of life. To set the example of freedom for peace desiring peoples around the world.

The leader of any organization will have people hating or simply disliking them, either from envy, or for other various reasons.

When JFK stood up to the Soviet Empire over the Cuban missile crisis, would he really have followed through, was he bluffing? We will likely never know until we are gone from this earth, and able to find out from one of the very few good democrats himself in kingdom’s beauty.

Does anyone really think Ike, Franklin, Harry, or any other previous leader of this great country NEVER lied or stretched the truth in dealing with other world leaders? They did, and had to do so convincingly. Obama cannot, plain and simple. He lies, we catch it and the MSM sweeps it under the rug.

The POTUS needs to be able to lead the country by example, and that means standing up to bullies, thugs, tyrants, megalomaniacs. Just like in grade school, standing up to a bully means you have to bluff, sometimes you have to fight. If you are not willing to stand up to a bully, you will always lose your lunch money, you will always be doing their homework, before doing yours. You will become their bitch, if you will.

The proud Americans of this great country do not want to be the bitch of any other country out there. Period. Those citizens of our country, and of other countries that do want America to be subservient to the whim of others are envious, jealous of our greatness, ashamed of the greatness of the country and it’s leaders because they do not have the brass to be a real leader.

They just want to use others. They are ashamed of the accomplishments of the country and it’s people.

In my twelve years wearing a uniform, I have been in 38 or 39 of our 50 states. I know there are only 50, not 57. I know we have people in the country and world that cannot help or take care of themselves. It is our duty to help those people. It is the duty of the POTUS to lead by example, and BHO has not done that yet, nor has he shown any ability to do so.

What he has shown is that he can let the thugs and tyrants of third world countries bully him, deceive him. He has shown that he does not care for the people of this country who have put IT ALL ON THE LINE for the rest of us. He has shown that he thinks he is better than the rest of us, that he thinks he is better able to run the military with ZERO experience.

Obama has shown the world that if he is elected to the greatest position in the world today, he will subjugate the free people of America to the plans of terrorists, socialists, malcontents.

Obama has shown that when he is wrong, he will always be willing to blame others for the fault, it is never his fault, for he is, as I stated before, better than every one else in his mind.

The poor excuse for a man has no humility. He has no faith in the country. His wife is bitter about the country. Obama grew up in Chicago politics, where he learned to lie, take money from whomever could help him further his goals. How to take advantage of the less fortunate. That is how Democrats gain and hold power.

As so many people have said over and over again, every program the democrats have put in place has been almost total failures, and their fix is to only take more money from every one else, and throw it away. Unlike George W. Bush and General Petraeus, who saw a “program” that was not working, so they changed strategies, and yes, that took more money as well. But they changed tactics and strategy, and it worked, is working.

All Obama and the rest of the democrat party (they are not the democratic party, they do not give everyone in the party a fair chance to be heard , those in leadership positions ignore or bury those who may not agree entirely with them )want to do is put America behind their goals, they do not care how many people would have to be sold out to lesser lives, as long as they get power. To them, political office is about power, gaining more control over others, not about making anything better for anyone.

Unfortunately, they know this, and will never admit it. Liberals that you are able to convince them of this, end up pissed off, at their naivete, at the dems for hoodwinking them, and at you for seeing it and getting them to see it as well, PO’d at you for showing them to not be right, or not quite as smart. They are not happy to find out they were gullible.

Those who get past that, and become vocal about the worngs of the leftists, are described by the leftists and the MSM and the rest of the little support groups,( like the NAACP, the Jesse Jacksons, the Al Sharptons) as Uncle Toms’ and as sell outs.

This country has a long way to go, and that is because the Democrats and other leftists will not let the rest of the country get past it. Not until those on, and in, the right vote the leftist leaders out of office, until the conservatives are able to wrest control of the education and entertainment systems from the socialists and communists. And that will take people like us putting out money where our ideals are, letting the papers and TV stations knowing how we feel. Letting the advertiser know how we feel as well, for they exert a lot of influence in the media.

I gave what I could to Pat a couple months ago, merely $100. When I can I will give more, maybe by that time he won’t need the support. I hope that he becomes wildly financially succesful, he and Bash. I hope Drill and LBA are as well.

I hope for everyone to realize their full potential, financially, and spiritually. I want everyone who has good in their heart to do well.

Now I’ll step down from little soap box…
