Either none of you are real or we’re all here together. I died in a war, in Iraq, and am now in purgatory. Life feels like that sometimes. It also feels like someone ed up and killed the wrong guys, and no one’s figured out what to do with me yet. Not one single significant emotional relationship I had prior to the war exists today, and no new ones have replaced them. It’s an entirely loveless life. But the weird thing is, I’m not complaining, not “destroyed” or whatever. Not happy about it, and am working on certain situations from the past, but I’m a pretty happy boy at the moment. My Dr., no , told me I was likely to commit suicide, based only on my circumstances, not on any detailed analysis of me beyond that (the guy’s talked to me a total of 15 minutes, maybe). I told him I’m not interested.

Back in, and back at it…

Well, with the guy being brought from Canada story, I guess we really are back in the 70′s…but all that, except for some of the oil situation, will not last long. Especially since Jimmy Hussein Carter isn’t going to get elected…

Friend of mine from Blackwater who just got back from Baghdad said he got into trouble for wearing his Jihadi Killer T-Shirt into the gym. A little yelling, a little dressing down. They said it wasn’t “approved”. Things have gotten tight as a drum with them since that intersection IED and firefight.
And the immunity’s gone. Let’s just watch a trial of an American through the stellar Iraqi court system pulsing from our tv’s every night…

Yo, and Sergeant Welsh and I got about 3/4 of the way through his posting tutorial last night, so once he should be up and running later today. If you don’t know what the hell I’m talking about exactly, I announced here yesterday that Sergeant Welsh, an Iraq vet and freguent co-host on The Jihadi Killer Hour Blog Talk Radio show, is now joining the site as a contributing editor.
And then there were five…

Where in the holy hell did the day go? I feel like I did the last post about an hour ago. It’s been five. It’s not always convenient when time evaporates. Time moves by the ever-changing rules of its own choosing.

And as for the MSM making their usual “make America look bad” noise about the little combat oupost we just left after those 9 soldiers were killed, fuggetaboutit. It’s a nothing event, this departure. It doesn’t mean we’re losing ; not ground not power. It means we didn’t really need the place anymore at the moment, and so we made a tactical exit. Trust me, there is already a well-developed and soon to be fully developed plan about slaying every necessary Taliban witch in the Area of Operations, and gaining control of it. The media however, got to pretend for a day they were writing America Leaves Afghanistan.
