A writer for the AP wrote that Tony Snow had “a relentlessly bright outlook–if not always a command of the facts” (AP). Andrea Mitchell labels Senator McCain the “happy warrior” twice, in case we didn’t hear her the first time.
She’s being disingenuous. If Obama had used a similar commercial against McCain, she would have loved it. Comparing “celebrity” Obama to Hilton and Spears must have hit a nerve.
Did anyone else get the impression that Mitchell thought she was too good to talk to Rich Davis? Geez, that must be tough, having to interview people who are forthright and honest. Didn’t Andrea Mitchell recently blast Obama for “fake interviews”? What about the fake charges of racism against McCain?
