Are the authorities in Canada a bunch of freaking morons? WTF? Their only charging this cruel idiot with 2 misdemeanors and allowing him to keep the rest of the animals? You suck! Animals need clean , fresh water 24/7. Not filthy algae , feces laden water bowls. Isn’t that enough proof? I guess all the infections the animals suffer don’t meant anything either.
