By IF I mean it gets developed without another clintonista type slashing funding for everything. Of course you know since this is something that could shutdown insurgent mortar and artillery it would be the first thing to get put on the chopping block since it can do the most good. Yes I can see this doing a world of good, saving thousands of poor innocents. We discriminate when firing artillery and mortars, the people we fight do not.
